How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Are your phone cases protective? Yes. Our cases are designed to provide excellent drop protection, scratch resistance, and a secure grip. Many models feature raised edges to protect your camera and screen.
Will the phone case fit my phone model perfectly? All our phone cases are model-specific. Please check the product title and description carefully to ensure you select the correct model for your phone.
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we can usually cancel or modify it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How do I return an item? Contact our customer support with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
